Refund policy

Every Bridges to Transformation shirt and sweatshirt is printed on demand, just for you, after you place your order. Because each item is made individually, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at info@bridgestotransformation.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our printing partner to resolve it.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, before they go into production. After that, we can't cancel or change an order.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
